MGA realises this and will ensure that, when required, certificates will be available within this given time frame.
How do I apply for Home Warranty Insurance Eligibility?
- Complete and return the Home Warranty Insurance Eligibility Application form , along with the supplementary material is shown on page 7 of the application form, to MGA Insurance Brokers.
- MGA will act on your behalf with the insurer to have your Eligibility assessed and will request any additional information that may be required by the insurer.
- Once Eligibility has been approved, MGA will provide you with your Certificate of Eligibility that will detail the value and type of works that you have been granted Home Warranty Insurance approval for.
I am Eligible, how do I apply for a Job Specific Certificate of Insurance?
- Complete and return the ‘Project Application for Home Warranty Insurance’ to MGA Insurance Brokers.
- MGA will review the application and, assuming the request complies with the cover available in your Certificate of Eligibility, will issue an invoice for the Certificate of Insurance, usually within 24 – 48 hours.
- Once payment is made (Credit Card, Bpay, Cheque or Post Pay), MGA will issue the Certificate of Insurance via e-mail and post.
